Disc Lords operates as a UK-only store and does not offer international shipping.

 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

After approval, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before returning it.


 

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
